Clip-Study.com is a research communications platform supporting IRB-approved research studies, including Food as Medicine led by Dr. Wang. The Platform allows enrolled participants to log in using their mobile phone number and to receive study-related communications.

3. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and registering through Clip-Study.com, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Clip-Study, including:
– One-time verification codes for login/registration
– Study reminders and account notifications (e.g., biometric summary updates)

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Eligibility
This Platform is intended for use by individuals enrolled as participants in an applicable research study operated by EHDS Enterprise Inc.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” EHDS Enterprise Inc makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service.
